Dry Town Gin is made with 10 botanicals through an 18-hour soak and vapor extraction process. The 10 botanicals include – juniper, orange, orris root, lemongrass, French verveine, ginger, black pepper, lime peel, angelica root and Colorado grown sage.
The palate of Dry Town Gin is very bold. Juniper and lime rise early. Lots of citrus, suggesting both lemon and lime. Ginger spikes mid palate before notes of lemon verbena, pineapple sage bring a herbal counterpoint.
