A 100% demerara rum aged in charred and toasted new barrels, then finished in a barrel that held pure Vermont maple syrup. We trade barrels with Wood's Vermont Syrup Company of Randolph, Vermont, and the Maple Cask Rum has a slight maple infusion and a richness that makes it a great substitute for whiskey in a old fashioned.
